Hi, I am looking to buy a property in campasol, but the garden needs landscaping, the house needs kitchen equipment and I will need some good king sized beds.

I want to try and  figure out whether to buy a property with it all done or to go for something that needs the above.

Any help greatly appreciated.

A very "how-long-is-a-piece-of-string" question. If you are lucky enough to find that "perfect" place is it likely to cost more as it has all even done and paid for by current  owner. Middle ground is likely to mean some work by previous owner is likely to need undoing/changing to match your tastes. 3rd path, the one we have chosen, is an almost 100% untouched place on D. As such we managed to get it at a really knock down price and the money saved is being reinvested in new works such as terracing, new stairs, underbuild etc with no need to undo anyone else's hard/expensive work. As we are very much hands-on DIYers we are assured of keeping busy for a good while 😥.

Whatever you go for there should always be plenty of help from this forum for you to rely on, go for it and enjoy.

P.s. before anyone else has a go at you, its Camposol 😁
