Medical certificate

My husband has had his medical certificate done... sent for Apostille our Docters have been slow to respond... they have said they have replied we have 4 days to get it done Apostille are saying they still haven't recieved the info pls help im not sure if it's because we live in a small Town in deepest Wales ... acro will expire before we can get a visa appointment at this rate many thanks in advance x
