Need advise
Moved to camposol Nov last year. Got padron and residencia application submitted Dec. Phoned 060 to register intent to change driving licence. Told by solicitor would be. about 3 months for residencia thus giving plenty of time to exchange DL before end June ..Then told 4mth then 5mth then at least 6mth. What happens about our driving licences ?? Been told that because we are applicants from 2020 still waiting for residency Dgt have now stopped appointments in my situation due to a legality issues ??????Have asked solicitor/translators/Gestoría , all I get is take a Spanish driving test. Apparently up to six months before appointments are available, Surely this can’t be right under the withdrawal agreement .. any ideas ?
