tramite requerido   means 

Durante el proceso de tramitación de documentación, si en nuestro expediente encontramos como estado de la resolución la frase trámite Requerido, quiere decir que por correo postal certificado o por vía electrónica nos requerirán documentación adicional para seguir el curso legal del expediente

During the documentation processing process, if in our file we find the phrase Required procedure as the status of the resolution , it means that additional documentation will be required by certified mail or electronically to follow the legal course of the file.

Maybe you should just check with them to enquire if they do need more informatio from you .

Our neighbour got this aswell last week received an email yesterday stating he has gone to stage one of acceptance and needs to book fingerprints in Cartagena/Lorca/Murcia

We also applied in October through our lawyer and on Thursday 15th April she received an email saying that further documentation was required within 10 days. I don't know what age you are but we're both retired but not of state pensonable age so need private medical insurance. 

The rules have changed since we applied in October and they now needed the private medical insurance to run for a full calendar year (Jan to Dec) and not just for a year (Oct to Oct) as we had done. This meant we had to pay for an extension on it.

They also now wanted 6 months' bank statements from the UK showing our source of income (or P60s), translated into Spanish, instead of just 3 months' worth of statements from our Spanish account showing our bills being paid and money coming in and out.

You may well not be in the same situation as us but hope this helps!
