Make an appointment at the town hall relevant to where you live. Take along your Visa, passport and proof of your address (house deeds, etc.). You should then be added to the patron and then you need a padron certificate to prove that you are on the padron, to take to the foreigner's office at a police station, where you need all the above, plus provide fingerprints to progress to receiving your TIE.

Hope this helps!

I would suggest contacting Fiona fionawillhelp@gmail.com

She will tell you everything you need and make the appointments for you which she can make much quicker. Worth paying her fee to get the paperwork. We used her for everything including exchanging licences so it was relatively stress free for us.

I would suggest the same as Sunny Spain. Fiona was extremely helpful and helped with mine, my husband's and our daughter's TIE applications.

We rent too. You will need a rental contract to show.

To obtain your NLV you need to provide an address which can be owned or rented, so presumably you did this, as you say you 'have an NLV stamp'..?
