Note.......

IBI is a property tax - nothing to do with being resident or non resident. All property owners have to pay it.

Hi thanks think I'm getting confused so IBI is equivalent of council tax in UK.I thought it was a document I had to download to provide a Company to do my Non residents Tax.

Yes ibi is like council tax just a lot cheaper than uk but we don't get alot for it here. Every owner has to pay it. You can pay online once you have the bill then Or set up direct debit and you will get 5% discount. If you are non resident you also have to pay that tax which is based on the cadastral value of your property as well.

If you are holiday home owner I suggest you use spanish tax forms on line as they will arrange payment for you for an extra charge if you are not in Spain when it is due to be paid.
