If you are holiday home owner I suggest you use spanish tax forms on line as they will arrange payment for you for an extra charge if you are not in Spain when it is due to be paid.

Hi thanks so I'm sure I managed to set up Direct Debit for Council tax last year.Then I used Angar Taxation to calculate non residents Tax but I am sure I had to provide them with a document for them to do it.I cannot remember how I got the Documents as in past the Solictor did it in past.

Just fill in a few questions. You need the cadastral value which will be on the last ibi bill. Spanish tax forms online will fill out the actual form for you. Its not due until December for the previous year. See below
