Non residents tax

Some people will tell you it's simple enough to fill in and submit the forms yourself. I however do not think it is simple, and to make sure that it is done correctly use a company to do it for me. (All via internet). They charged 90 euros last year (plus the cost of the taxes). My Lawyer wanted to charge 150 euros, 10 years ago.

If you are not confident to fill in the 210 form yourself try spanishtaxforms online. Their charges are reasonable at £34.95 You then print off the completed form and take to the bank to pay. They charge per property not per person.

If you are not in Spain you can pay an extra fee of £12 for them to pay it on your behalf.

Best advice-- use Angar Taxation Services in Torrevieja, all done online and very prompt. They charge 20€ per owner( so 40 for 2 joint owners) and that includes calculating, paying on your behalf and returning receipts. Google them and fill in their form. Used for 5 years.

Second spanishtaxforms online. Sent them the info on Tuesday, had the completed forms back on Wednesday so ready to take them over to Spain next week. Very speedy service and a lot cheaper than our lawyer charged us last year.
