My wife and I are about to purchase a property in los banos de fortuna.
1.I would like to rent my house out for 3-6 months in the year.
2.what is the best way we can drive our dog(cocker spaniel) from the UK(cambridge) to fortuna.

I moved into the area about 15 months ago and am 5 minutes away from Los Banos.
As far as your dog is concerned there is a guy in this area called Ian who makes very regular trips to and from the UK with a fully fitted out van to transport pets saving the owners the journey. He has a Spanish mobile 0034 679 874294. He woulld give you all the legal requirements.

Through the channel tunnel is the easiest way with pets as its quickest and they stay in the car with you no problem finding pet friendly hotels of the way down through France and Spain
