We looking at buying in Fortuna very shortly. Can any one advise us on a good lawyer to help us with the purchase please?

We used NCS lawyers. They have various in their office. Enrique Nieto was our lawyer, fluent in English. We gave them power of attorney and they did everything without us being here. They will get a NIE for you, deal with the sellers, make sure there aren't any legal issues on the house, all that legal stuff. Bought 2 years ago and have not have any problems. The front desk secretary's name is Hannah. Fluent in English. You can call her and ask all the questions.

Hi, we completed on our house in San Cayetano last week and we also used Enrique at NCS lawyers. They have been excellent.
They obtained our NIE numbers and resolved an issue with our pool.
They also dealt with our bank & arranged our house/buildings insurance for us.
Good communication, helpful and a reasonable fee. We will be using them for our children’s NIE and our Spanish wills.
