That's an easy one. That area does not have the best of reputations. In other words, don't !
Good afternoon,
Las Kalendas most probably isn't the best, but then again it's about the only one actually in Fortuna. Unfortunately not gated and no security, so you do get periods with high burglaries. One indian restaurant (definitely wouldn't recommend) and a bar which isn't always open. Dog mess on most of the pavements! A mixture of European nationalities, and some like to party all night long! We spent 4 years holidaying in different areas on urbanisations and decided it wasn't for us. We purchased a mile outside of Fortuna town in campo and are very happy we did. No immediate neighbours either side. I don't live on Kalendas, but have friends that do and some that have sold up. All depends on what you want and budget. But Fortuna is a great place to live.
