Do you not have on the sounder the name of Company or somewhere on installation.? I have Securitas as do 90% of people with alarm systems in Spain. If its Securitas you have to pay a monthly fee to enable it to work correctly, and if you ring them(or another Company, they can send an engineer to reset installation with your chosen code. Most alarm systems are battery operated and monitored, unlike UK self controlled wired in system. Failing such what about contacting previous owner?

The previous owner never used it. The owner before him installed it himself. I have tried to contact company but no use. Thanks anyway.

So last owner didn't bother to get info from owner who installed it, stupid man. Alarm Companies change over time so no surprise uncontactable. If you have a brand maybe you can get an alarm installer that knows of make but I actually have 2 alarms, Securitas and a English wired in one by Javea Alarm systems, in Javea, but I asked on this forum if there was an alarm engineer who could maintain it as Javea is quite a distance from me, but no response at all. Think if you can't contact manufacturer for help you will have to write it off.

I, ve just googled it and there's loads of available info including on YouTube a company showing how to reprogram codes, event logs, etc. You just need to research it more. It looks like it was sold on Amazon in 2014, so it's not that old (my UK one is nearly 40yrs old). The info is out there.

90% in Spain have Securitas ??? where do you get that figure from I know of many in Fortuna area who had securitas but their pricing has changed that greatly and I personally would not have securitas who sell it promising so much but in the event of problems a different story will unfold in my experience
