PCR test cartagena

Hi guys someone posted ref the following clinic in Cartagena ref how easy it was to get tested, we are coming over late September and return via Bilbao on the ferry to Portsmouth I am told by Brittany ferries that we need PCR for return to U.K.. anyone know if this is correct also if it is quite easy to get tested and get the results from this clinic. Sorry to be a bore.

Cost 95 Euro, takes about 30 seconds!

They are open from 7am - 14;00 17:00 - 21:00

I got my result within an hour, found them very good.

You don't need a PCR test, you need an antigen test - which you should be able to get for €30/€40 each.

You currently only need antigen test. €25 at:

They have their laboratory at the rear of the pharmacy.

Google to check opening hours. Mon-Fri 9-2 I think!

Excellent, professional, English speaking. Results in 20 minutes.

We are in la union so that’s great to know

They give you a very professional printed certificate with everything necessary and an invoice in an envelope. When I handed mine to the airline staff to check at the airport they recognised the farmacia/laboratory straight away and sent me straight through whereas others (especially those struggling to find the information on their phones!) were holding everyone up.
Don’t stress just go there and talk to them. I went the day before to check it out. Went back next morning for the test. (Brace yourself as the swab up one nostril is not pleasant!😳🤣)

No appointment system. Just turn up but I suggest go early (9 or just before) as there were long queues later with people trying to push in!

They will want your name, dob and age, phone number, etc. They speak English and are very polite and patient (even with some English people who were not!🙄)

Smile. Be patient and polite and it’s a doddle 😊
