We had a problem in San Pedro del Pinatar a few weeks ago and lost four Irish channels. I dropped into the provider's office (Flexa) & was told it's a "general problem affecting the whole area". They were working on it.
A week ago I called again and was told the general problem has been fixed but the channels we lost can't be retrieved:-( We did get one or two channels we didn't previously have but Sky is gone gone & we are now considering our options.
I asked if I would be receiving any refund for our missing channels and was told no that I was only paying for internet connection but when I pointed out that the box we bought off them came with the Irish channels and that was why we bought it I got the classic shoulder shrug. I decided life is too short to be getting stressed about it & carried on living.
In fairness I did receives follow up call from a very nice gentleman but he couldn't offer any further help.
Hope you get sorted soon. These "general problems" seem to cover a multitude.
