I am considering buying an apartment inLa Tercia. Is it a good place to stay? Are there transport links to the beach and airport?

Any drawbacks?

thank you

You are near the airport but is effectively a urbanisation in the country and the beach is 30 mins by car transport is sparse the locals are friendly but it is there are a few golf courses locally but this is a very quiet area, I am sure you will have residence singing it’s praises but truthfully go there stay there rent for a few days or a week then make your own decision, it really depends on what you are looking for but buying on the assumption you will like it will be an expensive disappointment if you do not, I am not running it down but I tell everyone to rent even if on the beach with supermarkets all around you, you need to get a feel but rent look and go to other areas and look and decide from that your ideal destination

Good luck and hope you find your dream home

Thank you very much for your help.

My plan would be to come and spend a few days in the area and judge whether I think there is enough to do.

I am very grateful for your advice.

Hi

We lived in La Tercia until June 2021 .

We we're there 2 years.

It's exactly as described.

The locals are all friendly ,we made some really good friends there .

The Airport is about 20 mins there's no problem getting a Taxi just outside the Terminal .

I have a couple of friends who rent out there properties in La Tercia if you wanted to PM me I will pass on contact details for them .

Ideally you need a car but there's no shortage of people offering lifts to supermarkets etc.
