New owner and Dutch TV/Internet

Hello, I’m Patrick (Dutch) and we are in the proces of buying a house in Terrazas de la Torre.
I have read that internet can be taken from A2Z Network who manages this throughout the complex. Also a (big) satelliet dish is not permitted on the roof (correct?).
Is A2Z going to place a fiber modem in the house and can you use your own router behind this? Then I can use my own IPTV device from XS4all (dutch TV and internet) provider.
Costs wil be around 15/20 euro a month?
