Buy an Android TV box £60-80 either locally or off eBay and a 10mbps internet connection or more and you will get all Sky TV channels, Sports, Movies, Dicovery & Science, Nature etc for free inc BBC & ITV Channel4/5 etc

Mediamarkt Tien21 or MiElectra sell them if eBay not convenient.

No need to pay 150€ per year for IPTV  same thing, more chance of buffering when the supplier of iptv max's out on bandwidth, specially in busy periods.

These pay for iptv services are not legal in Spain and in the past have been shut down by the Guardia Civil

Mobdro app or TVTap app's or similar gets all 800+ channels no subscription's.

Hello if you are asking me , no I don’t pay monthly fees. I had a sat dish installed with my own sky box I brought over from Uk. I get all the free view channels same as Uk. It cost me 275 euro one off payment. No other charges . I don’t have internet in my house at the moment so this is best option for me .

I used a guy from satmart installations he is English and was very professional

Mike, I am not sure why a satellite dish has been compared to an Android Box.

A satellite dish at best will only receive  "freesat channels" . This means in Spain because the signal is so weak you should get Itv, Bbc, Channel 4& 5 and other freesat digital channels plus 4/5 film channels like Sony, Film4 etc

An Android box will get all Sky channels, film, discovery, sports, pay per view, nature programs about 800.

Also you will have access to unlimited films from the latest in September 2019 back to the 1930 in all genres.

Also you will have access to hundreds of complete box sets. So if a series has say 14 series with 22 episodes in each series you have the opportunity to watch every single episode.

Or you can watch the top 250 movies determined by the IMDB website? Or say all of the Bond movies ever made.

Consider you can watch all 800 Sky channels for free too for a one off investment of as little as £40. You do not subscribe to anyone. £40 thats it!

Most internet suppliers in Spain can normally offer holiday connections.

I have just ordered a new top of the range Android Box for less than £38 plus shipping off ebay.

If you are interested send me a personal message  and I will forward the details.

Regards Al

Hi Andyp

In reply to your post about subscription costs of iptv and you pay 80€ per year not 150€ per year.

I knew I would get someone justifying paying for an illegal iptv subscription service in Spain.

I was merely quoting costs from the average costs shown in adverts in loval newspapers.

20€ per month is commonly advertised as is 150€ per year.

Any subscription service for UK tv is illegal in Spain as all the resellers know.

It is also totally unnecessary.

A con. These resellers are charging you for a " lesser" service to pay for a service that at the moment is available for FREE when using your own Android Box.

Why pay?

Perhaps one day using an Android Box to receive UK tv may change as in the UK where the internet suppliers like Sky and Virgin and many others block the use of Android boxes with their modem firewall.

But the law on "iptv resellers" in Spain is currently very clear - it is illegal.

Many resellers have been raided by the Guardia Civil, their equipment confiscated and sentences including massive fines imposed . More will follow no doubt.

The contents of my post stand as factual.

Regards Al

Yes IPTV boxes are illegal in Spain but so is Sky, as anyone can see from looking at a Sky contract. All UK TV is illegal outside the UK but thousands of people have systems that allow viewing of these and have had done for donkeys years. All those bars showing Sky Sports are illegal but they still operate. I've lived in Spain for 36 years and have had Sky for the past 25 years and also have had IPTV boxes for the past 10 years. Many of these systems come via Russia and other countries outside Europe. If the UK TV suppliers allowed people to subscribe to their systems outside the UK, we wouldn't have to use non-legal systems. It seems totally absurd that British people are not allowed to watch the TV from their own country just because they choose to live somewhere else, when all the other European countries seem to allow it. The BBC is always whining about not having enough money, so why don't they offer a worldwide subscriptions to all their channels. When the Spanish "Canal+" and "Via Digital" first started back in the day, my subscription to "Via Digital" in 1997, came with BBC World and BBC Prime, which were then discontinued. We are supposed to be living in a global world but being able to watch British TV doesn't seem to be part of that world. Just the usual typical small-minded and backward little-Englishness I suppose!
