You do not need anyone. Just buy a dish and a box, that's what everyone I know has done.

I have the box & card just need dish and cable and someone to install / set up ? 

Tere are plenty of places selling dishes, you need a 1.9m dish. Anybody can install and wire them. Everybody I know did their own. I got mine done in an afternoon and that included wiring 4 LNB's and fitting boxes in 3 rooms in the house. If you have to get someone in to do it they should not charge you too much.

I believe lee-digital.com  over at Los Alcazares.  Seen him recommended.

Maybe San Pedro wi-fi; there again heard excellent guys with great service.

If you don't already have a Sky box then buy one. All mine came secondhand on Ebay. You will obviously need a Sky contract if you don't have one already.
