Sonos one with Alexa capabilities

We have brought our sonas one from the Uk, having difficulty with connectivity, we have wifi internet and TVs phones iPads etc work perfectly, any suggestions please

Hi have 2 Alexas,one in Murcia City and one in Santiago La Ribera and both work fine, however I do not have them connected to my Spanish Amazon account but a uk one.
Only have the music package at £3.99 per month.
