Hi all,

I understand that TV Horadada has been taken over by a different company, Avatel. We have for the last few years used the pay as you go service (where we quite simply logged in online, entered the dates we wanted the internet connected and paid).

I’n now re-directed to the new site but my old log in details don’t work for Avatel; I’ve sent an email but not had a response. Obviously I’m not on a contract as such, but paid a connection fee etc when we joined TV Horadada so I’d have thought we would have just transferred across to the new provider?

Has anyone encountered this or heard anything about it?

Thanks,

Emma

Hi Emma, did you sort anything out?  We didn't know that you could PAYG on services. We hope to have our apartment in October this year so interested in all options and prices open to us.  Thanks Thelma

Yes Thelma it’s all sorted.

They finally replied and sent a new link for the pay as you go.

It’s definitely a great option for us as we don’t get over that often so it works out so much cheaper (you let them know beforehand when you want it switched on and off and it’s roughly €2.30 for each day its activated).

Unfortunately they don’t do the same with TV but definitely a good option for us with the internet.

Hope this helps,

Emna

Bring an Amazon Firestick with you for the TV.
