Flooding risk in this region & Santiago de La Ribera

We looked at Estepona and San Pedro near Marbella and were put off from buying firstly by the prices , old tatty property and lack of new builds but largely hearing about the devastation that the flooding caused in the area . We arrive in September to look at these areas and wonder which areas were worst hit in flooding situation .
