Hi,
I’m looking for a very rough guide to what it would cost to refurbish a small three bedroom apartment. No idea of prices and this is just to estimate total cost of buying plus refurb (ie 10k, 20k, 50k? for a refurbishment)

Just paint on the walls or changing (what I had done) doors from normal opening to sliding....
