Wewould like to apply for a holiday rental licence for our property in lo pagan.  But would like views on the best way to go about this.  Is it easy/possible for a non spanish speaker to navigate the system directly with the town hall or would it be better to hire a specialist to do the job for us?  If so, does anyone have any recommendations.

Thank you.

Our gestor did ours for 50€...worth every penny! Find a local one who has done an application before....it takes a while as you have to wait for a visit from the Tourist board.
