Hi all,

Considering buying an apartment in Lo

Pagan. Just wandering if there are any desirable/undesirable areas I should be aware of. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have recently bought an apartment in a complex called Fabrica del chocolate on Calle Formentera in San Pedro del Pinitar. This is almost in Lo Pagan. I think (hope its good) but I only occupied it in November.  I would be interested to hear from any other British/ Irish who are in this complex.

I think its possible there may be other flats for sale here and if you want I can give you an email of the people who sold it to me?

Hi Chris

Thank you very much for your response. We have been over here a month (staying in Mil Palmeras) looking at different areas and we are hoping to find something a little nearer the coast, but thank you for that information anyway.. Unfortunately, we are flying home this week but hope to return in the spring.

Wishing you all the best in your new home.

Thank you for replying. I am sorry to hear about your bike. It would be nice to say hello when we are next over which is in May. We are in block 4. Regards Chris.
