Myself & my wife are Irish passport holders looking to rent a fully furnished ground floor property long term in
lo pagan close to the beach. (Max 500metres) the property can be either 2 or 3 bedroom must have outside space to sit & relax in the evening .We have 2 very well behaved westie’s so owner must be happy with tenants having dogs
We both have NIE numbers a Spanish solicitor ( based in Torrevieja ) & a euro bank account ,
quite happy to either rent the property long term or even rent during the out of season months allowing the owner to take back the property & rent the property out to holiday makers during the peak holiday months of July and august
In fact we are happy to look at any reasonable ,flexible rental options or suggestions
