Can anyone recommend: Garage door repair

Good afternoon, I have quite an urgent problem as our single garage manual up and over has broken in the open position and cannot now be closed. It is one of the brackets that has snapped and despite my best efforts I cannot find the part, or anyone who can come out and repair, we are in Almendricos at the Puerto Lumbreras side.
