Hi, exactly the same has happened to us, regarding the payments jan, feb and March of €26.50. However, if you look at your payments last year, we only paid in March and November. Therefore missing two payments. I think they are just catching up, and the next payment is due June , as in previous years.

Just looked at ours: as suspected they are playing catchup: The 5/11/20 debit was for Jan-Feb-March; 5/1/21 Apr-May-June, 5/2/21 July-Aug-Sept & 5/3/21 Oct-Nov-Dec....Look for Agencia Tributaria .

Because I am in the Uk I cannot go to the town hall so would you have an email for them please. I have been in Google and replied via a form on the Ayuntamiento Los Alacazares but had no reply.

The receipts I was looking at come from our bank (Cajamar) rather than the town hall. I can print simple copies or better quality PDFs, both have all the details. I would look at your internet banking, especially if you need to see what is going in and out from abroad.

Unfortunately I do not do internet banking and the direct debits arrive here in the UK. Plus the fact that I have begged for help for Sabadell and they have certainly not put themselves out trying to help me although I pay them €40 a quarter for their services “services” - some services I say!!!!
I have for many years now found Sabadell to be the most unhelpful bank and will certainly be looking to change before too long.
