SPanish Residency and Payment of Taxes

Hello. Myself and my family are desperate to move to Spain, in particular Los Alcazares and the surrounding area. The only thing really holding us back is the fact that I have some buy to let properties in the UK and have very limited understanding with respect to the payment of income taxes generated by the property, if I was to become a spanish resident. This is an area I plan to discuss in detail with a Foreign Tax solicitor shortly. I was wondering, however, if anyone has moved to Murcia with buy to let property back in the uk and if there experience has been relatively straightforward with respect to dealing with spanish solicitors and there understanding of the double tax treaty which exists between the UK and Spain.
