The o.p. cannot have a large dish so that wouldn't be an option for them.
We use a NowTV box and ExpressVPN installed on our router (2 minute job) - we get BBC, ITV, Netflix, Prime, etc. - we do not have a NowTV subscription but the box is ethernet connected so is more reliable than a WiFi connection.
There are many option to get UK TV.

Yes Tony, as non residents we bring for the 3 months we are here, not going to pay for it and not using, so get my moneys worth in Spain too.
