Internet experiences in Roda...

Hi,
In 3 weeks time I'll be the proud owner of a new villa in Roda. I'm told that TV Horadada provide Fibre internet at the location (by the builder). Checking the TV Horadada website they seem to do "proper" Fibre and "LTE" Fibre which is wireless.
If you are in Roda and have excellent internet... who do you use?
Is anyone on this forum using TV Horadada for internet (especially in Roda)? Are you on Fibre? Which type? How's the performance?
I am thinking of working from Spain next year (I work in software and need decent internet)... consistency and performance are important to me.
