Telecable WiMAX
Hi,
Is any body having problems with the WiMAX Telecable/excom broadband recently?
My signal stopped yesterday (Tuesday) morning. I contacted them by email and received a useless email telling me to get their fibre. I know they will be turning off the WiMAX in the future. I had similar problems last year that took the engineer an hour to fix.
Installing fibre is an issue as there is no access to the street connection from my property.
