Although I don't use buses very often when I have they all seem to have an area for wheel chairs, this was a post relating to Los Alcazares which I found for you
Public Transport
Public transport in Los Alcazares is within easy reach. It provides a good a sevice to locals and tourista alike. Using the public transport in Los Alcazares will give you the possibility of visiting places like Torrevieja and Cartagena. These towns will give you an added bonus to your trip, making it thouroughly enjoyable.
The town of Los Alcazares now incorporates a bus service which will serve citizens who require it. TThere is a new 25-seater vehicle, that goes through the streets of the town and provide both tourists and the los alcazareño access to different places of Los alcazares. It's new service has more than 30 stops,at regular schedule of 45 minutes.
The service was up and running previously in test mode and now that it is established, will cost one euro, although there are bonuses for children under 21, disabled and pensioners, who paid 0.60 cents.
It is a fully equipped bus that meets regulations all Requirements and has comprehensive measures for handicapped accessibility. It also has with the most advanced ticket vending market. The mayor of Los Alcazares invites all to "use and benefit from the urban transport provided.
