no ...you have to complete this form and take it to your medical to send off..you should receive a certificate by email to say you’ve been vaccinated

Jo Scott the councillor for extranjeros has posted this...its the form I have included already
From Monday 14 June there will be a supply of the vaccine record request forms at the cissmu centre, front desk. Once completed they can be sent to the regional health department vía the Omita on the first floor.
