Hi and Hello

There was a pretty detailed exchange on this subject earlier this week

on this site regarding the new laws and how to go about registering and

warnings about the horrendous penalties if you are not registered and get caught

renting without a licence by the growing number of inspectors and checks.

We used Ana at Mare Nostrum Law and Tax in Los Alcazares as the forms are only in Spanish and detailed...she charged 50€ to complete and submit the form. We waited 7 months for our inspection visit, then after 4 visits to the Guardia Locale we finally were given a password to register guests on their website.

There is no other charge although we had to get a stamp made for the forms and we also invested in an App for guests to register with the police online. Have a look at Check-in scan.
