I guess there are several insurance companies, I decided on a local one in Los Alcazares, office in the square. Jennifer Cunningham Insurances S.L.
Advertises as ex pats insurance.
Just search online and you will find the contact details.
If you are insuring buildings they will need details of property, year it was built, address, etc.

I'd highly recommend Jacqueline at the insurance centre, see details below. Got my household insurance through her in October, very efficient, better cover and cheaper that what I had previously.
