Utter rubbish.I have house insurance with a well known company.At Roda Golf nobody has grills and there are hundreds of properties at this resort.

Totally agree Jenny.
The supposed 'know it alls', who make a total a*s* of themselves, spouting nonsense on forums for all to read.
Met loads of them in pubs BG. (before Google) :)
