We are looking around the mar menor area (los alcazares/San pedro/lo pagan) with a view to moving there next year.
We have seen pictures of terrible flooding from the Rambla del Albujon in 2016.
Can anyone tell us any areas which are prone to flooding so we can avoid them?

Hello,the worst area is always close to senator hotel in los alcázares.
Los narejos,Roda are the best places to buy,even close to 525 hotel.
