Property wanted to rent: 1 to 2 bedroom apartment or small town house

My wife are hopefully returning to Los middle of July.  Of course dependant on current virus/travel arrangements.

We were over Oct 2019 to Jan 2020 and before that April 2019 to June 2019.

On previous visits we have been lucky enough to stay in an apartment on the Puerto Marina complex.  The apartment is owned by an ex work colleague of my wife's.

Provisionally she has said that we should be ok to once again book the apartment from mid July to Mid Oct.  

As she cannot yet fully guarantee the dates I am looking at a back up rental just in case things do not finalise with this particular apartment.

I am after advice as to the best source for local rentals. Preferably within 10 minute's walk of the plaza.  Our budget would be €450 to €600 a month.
