Got everything ready but the only relevant service offered in Cartagena seems to be to collect TIEs? Does this mean we have to drag all the way to Murcia, or is it a question of keep trying and see if an appointment to submit the papers and get firngerprinted comes up?

Normally you can get an appointment on line quite quickly for all of these processes, you can only collect your card from the office you had your fingerprints taken, this is a translation of the form.

What is the best way to check on what Lote number they are on for collecting TIEs in Murcia? Current info seems to be Lote 133 as at 21st May, and we have just got Lote 160 today.

Checking the email address at the bottom of the paper with your lote number on. We went on the 18th and our numbers are 148 and they were up to 125 on that day so steadily goes up, we were told about a month.
