Baby seats for airport transfer

Hi all,

I just need a bit of advice, do/can taxis/mini cabs or mini buses provide baby seats if required, for airport transfers?

My daughter is coming over in June from the UK with hubby, one infant and one baby, 3 x large cases 1 x fold up pram, is this going to be a mini bus. Traveling from from Alicante Airport to Los Alcazares in June this year.
