Hi is there anybody close by to Mar de Cristal that can do a small plastering job for us. I have attached a picture and can explain fully what work has already been done and what is left to do. We live on the top floor and it is the ubderside of the balcony as per the picture which needs a small plastering job done. Thanx Tracey

Hi Tracey.
As you are in an apartment there is obviously an administrator and president of your comunity, therefore you should contact them as this seems to be a problem on the exterior of the building and should be repaired by them, this is what you pay a comunity fee for/
I also note from the photo that the apartment below had changed the pipes releasing the water from the balcony, and too much surface water that cannot escape will cause problms on the celing below.
