We just typed in Oceans Rattan furniture in Google and went to the Spanish web-site. Decided on what we wanted, got the number and mail address and contacted them like that. Never once have we visited the shop as we had a very clear idea of what we wanted. They also have a UK showroom and we spoke to them as well but they recommended speaking to the Spanish outlet and they spoke good English and could be more accurate in terms of what was in stock and availability etc.
