La Tercia Village
Can anyone tell me what facilities there are in La Tercia Village. I know there is a Tabac and a Social Club but what else is there? Is there a farmacia, a doctors, any restaurants, bars, a school, etc etc. Thank you.

There are also three excellent cafe bars, one Spar supermarket, a small shop, a school, Hairdressers shop, medical centre with onsite Doctor, Pharmacia & The Townhall.
The village is well known in the area for its covered Sports Drome where children and adults of all ages play football, netball, petanc, line dancing, keep fit.
The Junta Centro Cafe Bar hosts weekly quiz nights, bingo and entertainment nights.
The town cooperate together for many fiestas throughout the year, paella days even a yearly foam party.
It is not a holidaymaker resort. It is a quiet retirement type area where the locals intermingle with the new expat population who support each other.
The streets and pavements are power washed every week and the street lights and communal gardens are maintained.
It is not known as a 'poor' village locally as the Spanish villagers are all farmers.

Yes La Tercia has most things required for an easy life although I haven't seen a farmacia only a sign for the same in the centro social, there is no fuel station, but i'm sure you will love the tranquil life style.

The Pharmacia is just past TheTeleclub Bar by the Hairdressers Shop.
Petrol - Sucina 6.5 km or best price Junction 5 towards San Javier for best prices around.
My responses are always factual. :-)

Great, look forward to seeing you in the village.
We searched from Denia to Malaga after living in three areas along this coastline.
Looked at all the local villages before buying.
La Tercia is in my opinion is the best kept for the reasons I stated previously.
We live by the Junta next to the Sportsdrome, introduce yourself and welcome to the village.
Best regards Al
