Posting small parcel from Uk

Need to receive small parcel from u.k without expensive delivery cost. Any idea
If you look on the Royal Mail website, you will find that parcels up to 2kg can be sent Tracked for less than £7, with delivery within 5 days.
However, whoever is sending should also complete the appropriate customs form / sticker to pay / avoid customs charges - depending on the value of the contents.
