Caixa bank was Bankia

Hi
Is anyone else having problems with Caixa bank???We are having terrible trouble,although there is plenty of money in our account,this newest replacement card (4th or 5th replacement) has stopped working too in shops,cashpoint etc. When you ask them why?it's always a different useless reason.Never had this before with any bank.Its so embarrassing when it keeps getting declined.Its a good job we have another bank account that works no problems. Please let me know if this is happening to other people who bank with Caixa bank.(was BMN then Bankia now Caixa.
