Good day to all, I hope everyone is safe and well?

Just a quick question, has anyone seen a marked decline in property prices in the area since brexit / covid, in the UK the housing market is very buoyant and price are on the up?

Thanks in advance and take care mick

No, there are still lots of people buying properties and this has only been slowed down because of the pandemia and travel bans from outside the country. There are lots of new constructions in the process of being built and people queuing up to buy them. Life goes on and there's a whole world of buyers out there other than the British!

I'm getting lots of 'reduced' notifications from Spanish property agents, all areas including Camposol.  I keep a very close eye on it.   Take a  look yourself.

My answer to  your question is an optimistic 'yes'!

It is just news that says prices are up. But the reality is that banks are.insecure due to covid and so are people's attitudes, inclusive are job security. So tho the UK bank are saying house prices secure just to make us less fearful does not make it true. On the sale of my property I have a loss of £15,000. Which is alot but a sign of the times.

No marked decline in prices, properties are still selling there are plenty of German, Belgian & Dutch buyers and, apparently, Russian buyers!
