Thanks, that's the news I have, reduced

Do bear in mind Mick, most people with a financial interest on the market remaining buoyant in Spanish expat areas will naturally talk up the situation as positive, it's human nature.  All I can repeat is what I'm experiencing myself in my searching, they will say the same.  At the end of the day, I trust what I am seeing for myself.

I don't see so many 'bargain' forced sales, repossessions etc as a few years ago. I would say asking prices have increased a little but of course I don't know what the actual offer was when a sold sign goes up. The 'reduced' banner often accompanies poorly maintained, dated and unloved properties which have not found a buyer in months, if not years.

We've been here 2 years now and were looking for a year before that and, for Camposol at least, it looks like asking prices have held steady if not raised  ever so slightly. What we have noticed is that there do not seem to be any of the sub 50k properties on the market that we saw 3 years ago.
