Mazarron Sunday market

Yes there is, it is in Puerto de Mazarron, at the back of the town, below a hotel that is high up (not sure of the name).

A word of caution, the aisles are quite narrow and there are usually cases of pickpockets and purses taken from bags. This is not scare mongering, just be careful and keep belongings close to you, especially when looking on stalls.
