I renewed my medical card in May last year and I have still not received yet I heard the people making the cards do not make them anymore and no other company or persons have taken to making them worried

I’ve been waiting almost two years for mine but had no problem using the old one …you keep the same number anyway!

Pregunta 2:Si no he recibido la tarjeta sanitaria, me la han robado, la he perdido, la tengo deteriorada, etc. ¿ dónde me tengo que dirigir para comunicarlo y que me tramiten una nueva tarjeta?

As stated above if you have not received your card go yo the medical centre where you applied for the renewal and ask what is happening,
I recieved mine within 6 weeks recently
