What estimation of IBI in Mazarron?

Good morning,
i plan to buy a property in Mazarron, more precisely out of the town, far from 1 to 9 km to the est of the town. The land would be between 4 and 19 thousands of m2. I want to have an estimation of IBI in order to know if i will be able to pay, before to choose and really buy a property. If somedoby could write me an estimation, it should be sufficient. For example where i live in France, the land taxes is about 1000 euros for 3000 m2 and rapidly increases each year!
